Step 1:
We use 'Time To Pet' professional pet business software to easily keep track of client details and records, schedule services, invoice and process credit cards, communicate with clients, and much more. You can create your PAW Portal account through the link above.
Step 2: Safety First
After your PAW Portal account is approved, you will be prompted to read through our PAWlicies & provide us with your contact information, as well as your pet's information, medical history, behavioral tendencies, etc. These forms will be found under "My Info" and "Pets". A Meet & Greet time slot cannot be reserved until these forms are completed.
Step 3: Sniff Us Out
We'll then get in touch with you ASAP to schedule your complimentary Meet & Greet with one of our sitter's who can best accommodate. We can't wait to meet you & your fur family!
